E Solutions is a Building Automation and Temperature Control Contractor. We perform Plan & Spec projects and Design-Build projects. We can assist engineers and customers by designing and implementing control projects to help your building run more efficiently. E Solutions also provides energy studies and has engineers on staff that can analyze any existing building and provide a detailed report on where improvements can be made.
E Solutions can provide a Web-Based Controls system with no special software required to access it. All you will need is a computer connected to the internet and a web browser. Most of our systems are Tridium-based and work with many different manufacturers like Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, KMC, and Trane. With our open protocol design, we can integrate with almost any device that has communication capabilities. E Solutions can add sensors or bring in manual points for the pieces of equipment that do not have any communication abilities. This type of flexibility allows us to integrate the entire building including HVAC, Central Plant, Lighting, Security, and Fire to one easily accessible location.
When you access the system, you will see well-designed floor plan graphics with all the information you want to be displayed in an easy and intuitive way. We customize all graphics to each user’s individual requirements and can set up each access with certain read and write access. E Solutions can apply alarms for any point that needs to be monitored and with the web-based system in place and internet hooked up we can also email out the alarms to a customer-specified person.
